We find sellers in two ways.  One way is we have the brokers who go out and find these sellers, since many of them don't even know we exist.  The other way is by having sellers come directly to us.  The first method is obviously more common, since only the tech savvy Mortgage Note holders will be able to find us.

Mortage Note Brokers can make quite a bit of money by finding notes and having us find them an investor.
